A well-established private Ophthalmology / Optometry practice in Boise, Idaho is searching for a talented High Volume Cataract Surgeon for Partnership. (Cornea / Cataract, Glaucoma / Cataract, Cataract / LASIK specialists are Welcomed to Apply.)

In the first year, the incoming doctor can potentially do more than 100 cataract surgeries per month. The exact number will depend on the incoming ophthalmologist's work pace, skills and experience. One of the owning doctors does nearly 3K cases a year! There is a huge need for a new surgeon in this beautiful area.

The practice is entirely referral based and has a very active referral network.

We are looking for someone with the right heart and mindset who will be a good fit for our practice and our patients.. Ideally, we are looking for someone interested in partnership (after 2 years) but will consider doctors who are looking for employment opportunities too. We would love to find someone interested in being involved with and willing to give back to the community.

We have a fantastic group of techs and staff members, and you'll love the close knit family culture in the office. Our patients love the group as reflected in our high online review ratings.
