Our private OD practice is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Optometrist to join our practice. We offer a private practice group setting with complete autonomy from hospitals or private equity. The practice provides a well-supported environment for the optometrist who enjoys putting patient care first and possesses superior diagnostic skills. The ideal candidate is devoted to providing remarkable eye care, connecting with patients, working within a collaborative team, and engaging in professional growth. You are either a new optometrist looking to begin your career or an experienced OD empowered to advance within the field.

We are a highly reputable optometry practice located in Central Maryland, serving the Annapolis/Washington/Baltimore area for 30 years. Our strong position in the region invites many referrals from optometrists, ophthalmologists, pediatricians and internists. We practice full scope optometry, including pediatrics, glaucoma, dry eye, myopia control, specialty contact lenses, computer vision syndrome and surgical co-management. Our facility is state-of-the-art and fully automated with highly motivated opticians and technicians to augment your patient care. You will be joining a one-of-a-kind, patient-centered practice with abundant resources and support for your success.

Here’s a brief summary of what we have to offer:

Our full time schedule averages 34 hours over 3 weekdays and every other Saturday, allowing regular 3-day weekends.

Compensation - $170K base with an aggressive production bonus. $215+K attainable within a few years.
