Re-THINK Mississippi!

Our highly-respected ophthalmology group in Mississippi is searching for a talented Oculoplastics surgeon to join our collegial, collaborative team of fellowship trained physicians.  We are a well-established, thriving group with a history of giving patients in our community world-class, compassionate care.  We love our practice and believe in its mission.

Overview of this Oculoplastics Opportunity:

  • Big Need:  No ASOPRS surgeons for a 1M person area.
  • 4 : 1 Tech to Doctor ratio
  • 35 years in business
  • 6 Fellowship trained Ophthalmologists
  • 2 Surgery Centers – 100% owned by practice

The need for an Oculoplastics surgeon in our area is enormous.  Our state of 3 million people has a huge need for your services and expertise. We have just 3 ASOPRS trained ophthalmologists in Mississippi.  Your skills and expertise are in tremendous demand and our practice’s demographic ensures your success.  Our all fellowship trained staff of doctors are down-to-earth, hardworking men and women who are a pleasure to work with.  In-house consults are steps away so this is a wonderful place for you to mature and hone your skills and intellect as a Plastics surgeon.  We encourage you to “Re-THINK Mississippi” and talk with us today.

Our main office is a large, artfully designed space with 16 lanes and over 100 employees.  Our dedicated staff work together to provide exceptional eye care for our beloved community.  Doctors here are spoiled by the attentive, highly skilled staff.  The tech : doctor ratio is 4-5 /1.  We are financially stable  and productive and while we pride ourselves on having a highly efficient medical practice, nothing is more important than our patient relationships.  This will always be the number one reason we work so hard and it’s why our staff believes in what we do. Last year, we provided eye care to more than 26,000 patients and over 6,000 surgeries.  As a natural byproduct of our wonderful reputation we have a very active, loyal referrals network.  Our organization is trusted and valued in our community and does much charity work here.  No patient is ever turned away and free cataract surgeries are offered twice during the year.

Our area has a tremendous array of things to do and see.  We have several colleges and a well-known university.  Our city has a friendly, comfortable feel to it and is attracting many young professionals.  We have wonderful public and private school options. Our community is friendly with lots of interesting local flavor; farmer’s markets, festivals, the zoo, a thriving arts and music scene, tons of green spaces and a beautiful state park are all here.  The cost of living is low, and the quality of life is outstanding.

We are an undiscovered gem and we have a truly a beautiful place to call home.  Your family will love it!
