A well-respected and established practice with multiple offices in Southern Michigan and Northeast Indiana, is seeking a caring, hardworking Comprehensive Ophthalmologist for their growing patient load – Glaucoma training would be a plus but is not required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Ophthalmologist looking for a patient-centered, reputable group with family-like camaraderie in the office, and an outstanding quality of life for you and your family.

The Position / Practice
The incoming ophthalmologist will work with a 3 doctor group.  You'll be busy right away, with an anticipated daily patient encounters volume of 40+ a surgical volume of approximately 35 surgeries per month. There is a big demand here for your ophthalmology skills! Young ophthalmologists will value the mentoring they will receive here. Our Ophthalmologist is a top-notch surgeon, with a history of great outcomes.  He is an ethical physician who genuinely puts his patients 1st!

We have a well-trained, career focused and certified staff, and we are proud to say we have a very low turnover rate. Many of our team members have been part of the practice for a decade or more.

Surgeries are performed near each of our 3 locations. The surgery staff is consistent at each location and they are wonderful to work with. Call will be shared equally with the incoming ophthalmologist but most situations can be handled over the phone.
